There used to be a script: the career, the relationship, the way things were supposed to go. It made sense, and for a long time, it worked. Then one day it doesn't fit anymore, and there's no next line to read from.
That's not a crisis. It means you've grown past the plan you built, and it's time to choose the next one on purpose. Maybe the career you built no longer feels like yours. Maybe a relationship has run its course, or the house is quieter than it used to be. Maybe something in you has been asking for room to breathe.
Most of what happens around us, we don't get to choose. What's always ours is the choice of what to do next. That's what Choice to Change means: not that everything is within your control, but that something always is.
Choice comes first: real clarity about what you want, without guilt attached to it. Change comes second, once the choice is real: the confidence to actually move.
You don't have to see this clearly on your own. Part of what I do is notice what's already true about you, the gifts that are easy to overlook when you're the one living inside them, and reflect them back in a way that lands.
Choose with clarity. Move forward with confidence. If that sounds like where you are, you're exactly who this was built for.
